Line And Word is an online journal that explores and considers the intersection where text and images meet. It is a chronicle that brings a variety of artistic types and mediums to the fore, so that all may be viewed with equal curiosity and merit. This includes traditional studio art, comic books & graphic novels, poetry, text art, wordless narrative, street art, and many types of artistic collaboration. The journal was created by Owen Houhoulis, a contemporary art professional based in New York City, as a project of personal intellectual joy, and as a (hopefully) educational and inspirational resource for all.
